To receive a makeup credit, cancellations must be given within the student portal with 24 hours notice. Student is eligible for one make-up credit per 180 day period and credits expire after 180 days. Make-up Lessons are subject to availability and booked on a first come first serve basis. All lessons cancelled by the student will be billed unless specifically arranged with the instructor.
